A favorite of nearly everyone who sings it, the Duruflé Requiem is a masterwork unlike any other. Duruflé was infamously particular, though a famous organist and improvisor he only published 14 of his works, the greatest of which was his Requiem. Each phrase was meticulously shaped and each note was painstakingly chosen. Joining Meritáge are some other fantastic choral groups from Orange County and Arizona, including Corona Del Sol High School. Come hear over 150 singers, led by Meritáge, and a full professional orchestra perform the greatest Requiem written in the 20^th century! It is not a concert to be missed!
